CAREERS
The Village offers uniquely rewarding career opportunities. As the number of Villagers involved in our programs grows, so does our need for caring and qualified staff.
The greatest benefit that you will receive will be the gratification that you feel every day knowing that you have made a difference in the lives of others.

The Village conducts background checks in accordance with the Texas State Health and Safety Code Title 4, Subtitle B, Chapter 250 and Chapter 253. More information about the Texas Department of Aging and Disabilities Services (DADS) employment requirements for DADS regulated sites can be found at their website.

Notice: Certain positions, such as Direct Support Professionals, require a high school diploma or GED certificate (a college or university diploma/transcript is also acceptable) in order to meet certain standards of the position. Most positions also require a current CPR/First Aid Certification. At the time of hiring, employees must submit a copy of these documents to the HR Dept. If you do not have a copy of your high school diploma, GED certificate, or diploma/transcript available, please inquire with your highest institution of graduation about how to get a copy.
