  • What types of services do you offer?
    The Village Centers offers a Day Program and Community Outings, Residential Options, Transportation, Vocational & Employment Programs, Respite, and more.
  • How can I schedule a tour and a meeting to discuss my options?
    Please complete the admissions interest form, or contact info@villagelac.org.
  • How much do your programs and services cost?
    Costs vary based on the specific programs and services delivered and by level of need. Please contact us to schedule a consultation for a cost estimate.
  • Do you accept Medicaid?
    No. Accepted forms of payment include Private Pay (price may vary based on level of need) , Texas Home Living (TxHml), Texas Home and Community-based Services (Tx HCS), and Community Living Assistance & Support Services (CLASS).
  • Do you have a waiting list?
    Our Day Program is currently accepting new clients. Our residential facilities are full at this time and do have waiting lists. Submit an admissions interest form or contact info@villagelac.org for more information.
  • Do you accept individuals with behavioral problems?
    Yes, in some cases. An admissions decision is based on each individual intake meeting and our organizational capacity to meet an individual’s needs and maintain the safety and well-being or all staff and clients.
  • Do you accept individuals with advanced medical needs?
    Yes, in some cases. An admissions decision is based on each individual intake meeting and our organizational capacity to meet an individual’s needs and maintain the safety and well-being or all staff and clients.
  • How old does my loved one have to be in order to use your services?
    18 years of age or older
  • Do you provide transportation? (If so, where do you provide transportation to and from?)
    Yes. We provide transportation within the Kingwood/Humble/Atascocita area, to and from a client’s home, our programs and services, community outings, and employment opportunities.
  • How can I volunteer with your organization? (If my loved one uses your services am I still eligible to volunteer?)

  • How can I donate to your organization?
    Please visit our Give page to make a donation online. You may also mail a check to the address below, or contact our development department at development@villagelac.org or 281-358-6172.
  • Do you do consultations to help me see what my options are for my loved one?
    Yes. Please submit the inquiry form (link) to schedule a consultation, send an email to info@thevillagelac.org, or call 281-358-6172 x 1020.
